ALL OF THE ABOVE AND MORE
Addenbrookes staff have literally saved my life. Everyone I have been in contact with has been both kind and totally professional.
I have found all the departments I have visited at Addenbrookes hospital over the last year to be staffed by caring, kind, dedicated professional people who are always polite and listen to my questions and concerns.
I have been in the oral surgery clinic, the CT scan department, the MRI scan department, the endocrinology department and as an outpatient for my cancer surgery and the care and kindness was the same everywhere. I saw many of the staff working very hard; some even manning their workstations stood in a corridor but I can honestly say that in my opinion, every person that dealt with me is a both a credit to Addenbrookes hospital and the NHS and for that you have my praise and my thanks..
.
Brilliant hospital
The staff were understanding ,caring , sensitive helpful and very professional.
How lucky i felt to be receiving treatment in this hospital .
Everywhere we went it felt the same -staff were kind and pleased to be able to help , even when we got lost looking for various clinics ! On more than one occasion we were personally escorted to make sure we didn't lose our way .
Thankyou NHS !!
The only downside of Addenbrookes Hospital is the expensive car parking.
All staff are welcoming and reassuring in their work in such a busy environment.
I am seen under multiple specialities at this hospital and they are all brilliant. Never a communication problem never, never a diagnosis issue.
I have been on waiting list for 2 years for lower back surgery only to be told the are told to do only minor surgery and emergency now my pain in both legs is getting worse and my mobility is now limited, and the hospital saying they care about their patients while they are killing them with pain physically and mentally I don’t blame the doctors but those who give them instructions most people with my condition are now in wheelchairs because they are refused to treated.
